How the Work Arrives.
Virtue has never run an ad. There was no website, and until recently there was no logo. Every project the company has built came from an architect, a designer, or a client who put the name forward.
That is a harder standard than advertising. An architect who recommends a contractor is lending out their own reputation, and they only do it a second time if the first one went well.
The same applies after the job ends. Past clients call about things that aren't worth a contractor's time, a fixture, a faucet, something small. We go. It isn't work we look for and it isn't work we market. It's how the relationship stays intact.
